How it’s done: The Ventus V12 tire is constructed with a resin rubber compound, rayon casing and a stiff sidewall for high-speed durability and more predictable handling through corners and straightaways. The directional tread pattern has a Multiple Tread Radius (MTR) profile with a continuous center rib for better braking capability, and V-shaped tread grooves and circumferential rainwater channels for increased foul-weather traction. Two nylon-wrapped steel belts reinforce the tire’s internal structure for longer tire life in the fast lane.
